Open and Enclosed Units
Fuel/lube units are built and designed for each application. From a single axle used to haul fuel to a small construction site to an off-road mine duty application, we design the unit to perform.
Single axle units are designed to fit on a conventional chassis, under cdl or 33,000 lbs. gvw. They are available in an open platform design with an enclosed reel cabinet or an enclosed van body design. Most units carry 1000 to 1250 gallons of fuel along with required oils, used oil, grease, DEF, and antifreeze.
Tandem axle units are designed to fit a conventional tandem axle chassis, 56,000 lbs. gvw or higher. They are available in an open platform design, open platform design with sidewalls, both with an enclosed reel cabinet or an enclosed van body design. Most units carry 2000 to 2500 gallons of fuel along with required oils, used oil, grease, DEF, and antifreeze.
Offroad Fuel/Lube units are designed for installation to an articulated dump truck chassis or off-road only designed vehicle. They are available in an open platform design with an enclosed reel cabinet or an enclosed steel van body. Units can be built for ship out installation at your facility or factory installation. Hydraulic systems can be integral to the vehicle or stand alone. Most units carry 2500 to 3500 gallons of fuel along with required oils, used oil, grease, DEF, and antifreeze.
Canadian Spec Fuel/Lube units are designed to fit either a conventional chassis for on-road use or an off-road chassis for mining. Enclosed, insulated, and heated units are no match for the rugged terrain and extreme climates found in Canadian construction and mining. Units can be certified to DOT406 and TC406 for transporting fuel on Canadian highways.
