Elliott fuel trucks and trailers are built with the same safety standards required by the Department of Transportation, even if they are built for non-code. Tanks are available in steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. Single axle fuel trucks are designed to fit on a conventional under cdl or 33,000 lbs. gvw and carry 2000 gallons of fuel and 100 gallons of DEF.
Tandem axle fuel trucks are designed to fit on a conventional 60,000 lbs. gvw chassis, but custom sizes and lengths are available. Most units carry between 3000 and 4500 gallons of fuel and DEF.
Fuel Water Service units are used by paving contractors to dispense fuel into machinery, dispense water into paving rollers and milling machines, and hold miscellaneous storage for road signs and other equipment. This type of unit provides a much safer and efficient alternative to the conventional flatbed/poly tank design.
Offroad Fuel Trucks are designed for longevity in large off-road mining applications where today’s conventional truck chassis just won’t survive. Fueling capacities between 4,000 and 6,000 gallons or more are available to mount to your off road dump truck.
Fuel trailers can haul approximately 1000 gallons of fuel or gasoline to your remote job site. The tank and bumper is certified to meet DOT406 or TC406 where most other tank trailer manufactures only offer non-code.
